HOW DOES IT ALL WORK?

Super simple! Browse through our collection and choose your must-have wedding floral pieces. Add it to your cart and check your date in our calendar for delivery. That's it - your wedding flowers, done and done!

IMPORTANT DETAILS

1. ORDERS/ ADJUSTMENTS
We require a $500 minimum on all orders. All orders must be placed at least 30 days before the event date. Orders that do not meet the minimum or orders placed with less notice will be cancelled and refunded back to you (unless specifically arranged otherwise). Additions or adjustments must be made no later than 14 days before the event date.

2. CANCELLATIONS/ REFUNDS
We know how things can be during this season of life. If you need to cancel for whatever reason, you may do so 14 days prior to your event. No refunds will be given once the 14 day deadline has passed (as we will have ordered your flowers for your event) and clients will be responsible for full charges (minus delivery fees - if applicable). All refunds will be subject to a $75 administrative fee. 

3. DELIVERY
We have learned that offering a pick-up option to our clients have unintentionally added stress and frustration on the wedding day. So luckily for you, we offer complementary delivery, set up AND tear down to your ceremony site within 20 miles from Irving, 75063 (if further than 20 miles, a small fee will be charged). All deliveries include one location only and one time set up, as well as same day tear down. Additional locations and/or dates will incur additional fees. 

4. HARD GOODS POLICY
All vases that are the property of Novelty Rose (containers, liners, arches, etc.) used for your wedding/event will remain the property of Novelty Rose, unless we have a prior agreement of purchase. In the event that rental items are missing or damaged, Novelty Rose will contact you with the amount due and charge your credit card on file unless you have provided another method of payment at that time.

5. CUSTOMIZATIONS
Our floral arrangements have been thoughtfully curated to offer timeless designs and a simplified process which ultimately lowers cost to you, therefore we do not accept requests for specific modifications. We do offer various color options in our collection and if you like our overall style, we believe you will be extremely happy with our designs made with the season’s freshest blooms. 6. LIABILITY
Novelty Rose will not be held liable for any damage or longevity to the floral arrangements due to temperature or climate conditions. In addition, while damages and/or injuries related to our products and services are unlikely, Novelty Rose will not be responsible for any damages to property either personal or rented or to injuries to you, your guests or others at the event.

7. OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS
Due to the nature of working with live products that are vulnerable to various climate conditions and seasonal availability, Novelty Rose reserves the right to make all or any substitutions as necessary to ensure the best quality in your designs. The photos shown are a representation of how the arrangements will look but actual designs are dependent on the artistic interpretation of the designer based on seasonal availability and/or quality standards.
